    EBay Inc. (EBAY) Chief Executive Officer John Donahoe is stepping up an effort to woo big retailers and challenge Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) through the $2.4 billion acquisition of GSI Commerce Inc. (GSIC), his largest takeover yet.
